Spain
In Spain, YouTube partnered with the Spanish government to create Somos Más, an educational program dedicated to fighting violent radicalization and hate speech.
Germany
YouTube creators from all across Germany have joined forces under #NichtEgal (which means "it matters") in a movement dedicated to countering online hate.
France
In France, the Toi-même Tu Filmes program partners with film directors and NGOs to bring hundreds of creators together to fight hate speech and increase empathy through creativity.
Israel
In Israel, creators explore ethnic, cultural and religious differences, in three new YouTube series. By opening up about the deepest elements of their identities, they celebrate their unique voices and share messages of tolerance and empathy toward minorities in Israel.
Australia
In Australia, YouTube is collaborating with three local program Fellows who are creating videos responding to religious- or race-based hate speech under the campaign name #ShareSomeGood.
Indonesia
In Indonesia, YouTube creators Cameo Project and local nonprofit Maarif Institute train students across the country to create change through video under the campaign #1nDONEsia.
APAC Regional Initiative
In the Asia Pacific region, YouTube partnered with the United Nations Development Programme to bring creators and NGOs together to create impactful content in five countries around the region (Indonesia, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia and Philippines).
