This video takes you through the different Yoak modes: Suspension, Bar/Squat, and Parallette.
The basic hardware provided with the product in our "Total Package" enables full range of use for the Suspension and Bar/Squat modes, and if you have a friend with a Yoak or maybe even two, they can be connected in parallel using standard 1 1/4" dowels or aluminum tubes to give your gymnastics training more diversity.
This video is meant as a quick overview of the modes, while other videos on our site will be used to demonstrate specific movements and functions enabled by the device.
