Set Up
- Start with your body on the floor, rigid like a board with your hands directly under your shoulders

Execution
- Push your self up explosively and clap your palms together mid movement
- Your hips and shoulders rise at the same rate
- Once your hands land back on the ground lower yourself down to the set up position
