Paula Keller Smith and husband John Smith own Keller Strings in New Orleans, LA. In 2012 John decided to attend a workshop in Baton Rouge to help improve the online presence for their stringed-instrument repair business, which has been a family operation since 1975. “We had a website, but it just wasn’t working,” says John. “Customers were not finding us through the web.”
