The latest update report features the Occupiers who returned to court after the original case was adjourned due to the Judge declaring a conflict of interest - Tickets to the Olympic basketball game. It was difficult for residents/occupiers to prepare case as Legal aid was a struggle. News stories have misguided the public in to thinking the protestors are trying to stop the Olympics. This was not the case, it was supporting a community who had been treated badly by the Olympic Development Authority.

Since the first hearing four occupiers continued to block the lorry from entering the contruction site for the temporary basket ball court.

The ODA and Lee Valley Regional Authority never once, consulted with the local residents or even dignified residents with a discussion despite being told that the ODA were willing to consult. The incident badly reported on the Evening Slander stated Occupiers were trying to stop the olympics- event printing pictures of the Paralympic players and their dreams as a cheap shot at a fabricated story line. Evening Slander have even printed a story encouraging people to ''shop their neighbours'', almost like the Gestapo, a quote in the article read something like anyone trying to protest in Olympics is ''Letting Britain Down''. Purpose of ONN is to unleash the truth. Please feel free to give feedback

Featuring Simon Moore, Dan Ashman, Anita Olivacce
