Sissel Morken Gullord spent a lot of time in the quiet mountains of Norway, perfecting an ancient and genuinely unique connection between music and nature. She has somehow learned how to bottle the tranquility of the mountains of Norway and release it through melody. Her idea of how to play bukkehorn (the oldest instrument in Norway) made it to Frozen, Disney's biggest success ever. Sissel often says: It’s kind of fun to do the impossible!
Sissel Morken Gullord is a multi-instrumentalist, singer and artist, that is known as a passionate performer on the *goathorn*.
She was headhunted to play this mystical instrument for both Disney’s ”Frozen” and the tv series ”Lilyhammer”, and has won awards and grants for her creative work. Often used as an artist for performances in special occasions such as openings and ceremonies, Sissel knows a thing or two about capturing an audience with her amazing sounds.
