In 1993 the Tutor/Mentor Connection was created in Chicago, with a goal of collecting and sharing information that would help mentor-rich non-school programs be available to k-12 youth in all high poverty neighborhoods. The strategy was shared on a series of concept maps beginning in 2005. In 20089 interns created a Flash animation version of that map. This video shows both versions.
