In this video I tour the Pedego booth at Interbike 2014 and speak with the co-founder Don DiCostano about their updated features and new models. For 2015 they're offering a magnesium wheelset upgrade for improved strength, a low-step cruiser called the Boomerang, a new cargo bike, an updated Trail Tracker with 7 speeds and pedal assist, updated display panel that's thinner. Pedego has introduced fluorescent colors this past year and is now bringing colored rims to their bikes for even more style and visibility. Most traditional sized Pedego Cruisers have 16" wheels but for 2015 they are introducing 24" wheels for "Mini" versions and this includes the Interceptor and City Commuter. Pedego is also introducing a 20 speed mountain bike. All of their ebikes now also have a throttle override for pedal assist and the throttle works at zero as well. There is also a USB port for plugging in smart phones and other electronic devices. Official website at http://www.pedegoelectricbikes.com/
