Using the SilverFire Hunter biomass stove with the SilverFire wok makes an amazing combination for fast, efficient cooking with very little fuel. This is a specially designed biomass stove which can cook for about an hour with only a handful of twigs.

The wok from SilverFire matches the Hunter stove perfectly. This is a very efficient combination and cooks food quickly. This stove is great for camping, survival or fuel savings.

I am very impressed with the performance of the stove combined with the wok. The wok makes a nice seal on top of the stove so that all the exhaust goes out the stove pipe and the heat goes into your food.

It took my nephew Reid and I longer to gather up twigs to get the stove going with than it did to cook our meal.

I am in Michigan visiting my family and brought my SilverFire stove with me to try this out. The wok arrived in my NY address the day I was leaving for Michigan so I brought it with me and waited to open it up today with my nephew who loves survival and outdoors.

Cooking a chicken stir fry only took about five minutes total once the stove was heated up. Even adding a pan full of cold broth made little difference to the overall cooking time. Literally one minute after adding the cold broth it was boiling again nicely.

The temperature outside was 34 degrees F so normally this would add time to cooking outdoors.

Even my Mom was impressed with the stove and said she will probably buy one for the cabin up north. My parents have a one room cabin in the woods with very few modern comforts and they figure this stove would make a perfect addition to the cabin.

Thank you SilverFire. You can get the stoves here:
