An optic Gesture Control software+hardware system lets users control computers by gestures.
It can control iTunes, photo viewer, document reader and browser with multi-fingers movement.

Innovation:
● Active infrared (normal solution): let the glove emit infrared to locate finger position.
● Passive infrared(think in the opposite way): let glove reflect infrared, which reduced glove size and weight.
● Used C and part of Obj-C(wrapper), run on both Windows and Mac OSX.

Key Results:
● The technical report with live demo won First Prize in Little Scientists of Tomorrow, which was held by H.S. Chau Foundation, China’s Ministry of Education, China Association for Science and Technology
● Reported by Engadget China and 36kr (Techchurch in Chinese)
