This video demonstrates our easy to install, single sensor based electricity and water consumption technologies.

ElectriSense makes use of high frequency noise on the powerline to infer what electrical devices in a home are being operated and combines this with the home's total energy consumption to produce a detailed and itemized list of how much electrical energy is being consumed by which electrical device in the home.

HydroSense similar to electrical, not only measures how much water is being consumed by in a home, but also produces a detailed itemization of which fixture is consuming how much.

Both technologies work in real-time as demonstrated in the video and each require only one easy to install sensor (one for electricity, plugged into any available outlet, and one for water installed anywhere on the plumbing infrastructure, like a hose spigot).
