For your fretting hand: Make sure your fingertips are touching the surface, and have your whole hand relaxed, fingers curled a little. Lift up your first and third fingers at the same time, and hold them up for a few. Then, put them down, and at exactly the same time you put them down, lift up your middle and pinky finger. Repeat and do this whenever you are bored at school, in line, at work, wherever there is a flat surface.
