Hi Everyone, hope you guys like egg tart recipes. These egg tarts are usually serves in dim sum places and they are a very popular chinese dessert that kids, adults and elders love to munch on. :) It is another version of egg tarts and there are many more. But this is one of my favorite out of many of the recipes that I've tasted and tried.

Making puff pastry takes time, patient and practice.
Because Practice makes perfect.

Yields about 10 standard egg tarts
-water dough-
flour 75g
egg yolk 20g
cold water 30g

-butter dough-
flour 75g
cold butter 100g

Egg White Filling
3 Large eggs
200g milk

Simple Syrup
80g sugar
60g water

Microwave it and stir until sugar dissolves.
