Welcome to this guided relaxation. Prepare yourself to feel a lot more relaxed in just a short time. You will be guided through the two phases of the practice. So settle in and let yourself relax.

(This mindfulness practice is guided by my Mum, Judy. She is a psychologist (a very good one at that!) and mindfulness practices are one of the many different tools and techniques that she uses as therapy in her sessions with clients. Not only are they therapeutic, but they're fun! These are things I like to do all the time too! Just because it brings me back in to a state of childlike wonder and creativity! )
