We noticed some NEO X5 users are having issue connecting X5 to the computer through the OTG port. This is because the micro USB cable head isn't long enough to be completely plugged into the OTG port which is a little deep inside. This video demonstrates how to trim off some excess plastics (1-2mm) in order to make the cable head longer. As I don't have a cutter, I used my ceramic knife from the kitchen to do it instead. It's an easy surgery, it takes less than 1 minute, but still, you have to be very careful, don't cut your fingers! Cut the plastics!!
