Mark Sutton has been the Visualizations Coordinator for two NASA Earth Satellite Missions, an interactive multimedia consultant, professional organic farmer, and photographer. His clients have included the White House, NOAA, various Federal Agencies, and Apple. He's developed media published in several major magazines and shown or broadcast internationally, produced DVDs and websites, edited/managed a vegan cookbook ("No More Bull!" by Howard Lyman), worked with two Nobel Peace Prize winners on Global Climate Change, and helped create UN Peace Medal Award-winning pre-college curriculum.
A vegetarian for 20 years, then vegan the past 11, Mark's the editor of the Mad Cowboy e-newsletter, one of the 1st vegan bloggers, an avid nature photographer, gardener, and environmentalist. Mark writes articles and recipes frequently for various blogs and publications (notably, "The Engine 2 Diet" blog), is a regular contributer to the "Vegan Culinary Experience" magazine, and was recently featured on Public Access Cable in Fairfax, VA.
Oil-free for 6 years, an accomplished speaker, and self-published author of the 1st Vegan Pizza Cookbook, "Heart Healthy Pizza: Over 100 Plant-Based Recipes for the Healthiest Pizza in the World," his recipes are mostly gluten-free.
