This TEDTalk is presented by 13-year-old Saanvi Sethi, who gives a talk about how you can do subtle things to boost your well-being and your friends' well-being too. She talks about her own personal experiences and the euphoria of helping others and becoming a better person.

Saanvi Sethi is a young girl with a passion for science, maths, EDM and a lot of cycling. She likes to take care of her friends and fight in karate.
