I LOVE a quick core cultivation! And I find it actually helps my personal yoga practice when I feel strong and stable. A strong core is so important for everyday living, but especially in regards to supporting our spines when we move in to some of our deeper backbends and heart openers! So, I thought I'd share one of my 10 minute yoga ab workouts I do, in the hopes it makes you feel strong too!
