A panel session featuring three presentations from Isabel Hou (g0v.tw / Open Culture Foundation, Taiwan), Matthew Somerville (mySociety, UK) and Walter Palmetshofer (Open Knowledge Foundation Deutschland e.V., Germany).

This session was part of mySociety's The Impacts of Civic Technology Conference (TICTeC) on 19 & 20 March 2019 in Paris.

TICTeC 2019 bought together 200 people from 29 different countries.

It was the fifth in an annual series of conferences from mySociety, focusing on the impact that civic technology and digital democracy are having upon citizens, decision makers and governments around the world.
