Follow these six easy steps to regularly check for signs of testicular cancer:
1: Best time to check is after a shower. 2: Roll your testicles gently between your fore finger and thumb to feel for irregularities. 3: It's normal if one ball is a bit larger than the other, but not too much. 4: Look at the epididymis (the line on the ball sack). 5: Feel for lumps, they could be a small as a grain of rice or a pea. 6: If something is unusual, go to the doctor!!!
