Let's MOVE together.

These yoga videos don't have any music in the background, but in my personal practice I do LOVE to put on a good playlist and flow along to the sounds.

The playlist I would recommend for this is called "DISCONNECT" (link below):

This is a 20 minute Prana Vinyasa Practice.
I get quite a lot fo questions about how I do my instagram flows, so I am slowing it right down, and taking you through it step by step in real-time.
I do recommend you warm up the body first, as we do just get straight in to it. So I would suggest you take some time now before you begin to simple wake up the body in any way that feels good!
