The title is a pun on Bach's Aria On the G String ("Geesen-jou" versus "G-sen-jou"). It's probably also a pun on "senjou," battlefield ("Aria on the Game Battlefield").
If you don't want to pause to read the intro text, the story is that they created a 51st US state, Gamer State, where everyone is ranked by their game skill. Because why not.
What I translated as "Babelfish" was originally Excite Translate, which can be considered fairly equivalent from the Japanese side. If I'd left it as that, I suspect there would be unfamiliar one about her.
GET YOU! is most likely a pun on "gee-chuu," game addict.
The line at the end was originally a famous typo from a Street Fighter manga, Ryu saying "tashikamite miro" instead of "tashikamete miro." Thus I thought, what's the famous mistranslated Ryu line for English-speakers?
