Ray LaHood- NHTSA, NTSB have totally ignored our recommendations. Utility Trailer Safety Recomendations and proposals have languished and been destroyed by NHTSA, NTSB, State Farm, Geico, Farmers, Public Safety Officials and our Government except VIRGINIA. We have the documents, we have the Proff that Norman Minetta has ignored countless letters and countless deaths.
