Lisa and Jeremy from WODwell here. We’ve taken a break from making videos since the birth of our third child in 2017, but we’ve done a ton of work on wodwell.com. Today we used the site to find a WOD we could do with just a barbell; also wanted to include deadlifts. We plugged those criteria in on wodwell.com and this CrossFit benchmark WOD was one that came up. We are going to give it a shot while the kids nap!

With a Running Clock in 19 minutes
Tabata Deadlift (185/135 lb)
Tabata Hang Power Clean (135/95 lb)
Tabata Front Squat (85/65 lb)
Tabata Push Press (65/45 lb)
1 minute Rest between exercises
Tabata (20 secs on and 10 secs off, for 8 intervals) of each movement – for a total of 32 intervals. Score is total number of reps completed in all intervals.
UPDATE: Lisa got 264 reps, Jeremy got 262. Jeremy edged Lisa out on the Deadlifts, Hang Cleans and Push Press, but Lisa absolutely destroyed Jeremy on the Front Squats. And that's with Jeremy scaling the Front Squat weight by 5 lb (to 80 lb) due to not having enough plates. So Lisa definitely won (again).
Also if you're going totally by the book, this workout should take you exactly 19 minutes. We took about 19:48 due partly to manually switching between tabata and countdown timers. And talking to the camera :)
