The Wing Chun Federation is a independent organisation which promotes and practices the Wong Shun Leung lineage of Wing Chun/Ving Tsun Kung Fu. We teach skill based, functional Wing Chun, in a relaxed and positive atmosphere; emphasis is placed on technical excellence and personal development.

On this channel we will be showcasing the catalogue of drills, both solo and pair work, that we employ to develop effective combat/self-protection skills and attributes.
