Intermountain Utah Valley Hospital is now part of the Primary Children’s Network. And because of our pediatric specialists, Adam receives treatments to manage his pain caused by an incurable disease.
Adam was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease which causes painful inflammation of his digestive tract, vomiting, malnutrition and other complications. Every six weeks he receives infusions at Utah Valley Hospital to alleviate his symptoms.
Adam loves his pediatric team at Utah Valley Hospital. They work directly with Primary Children’s Hospital to ensure his is healthy as he grows to adulthood. Adam is improving everyday thanks to the treatment he received.
We know there’s no place like home… especially when your child is sick. And now, children can receive more of the specialized care they need right here in Utah County.
