As we move towards spring, it’s a terrific time to reflect on our academic year so far and celebrate the exciting developments on the horizon here at Trinity. Along with the brief highlights below, take a look at the video for a creative and entertaining look at some of the interesting initiatives happening at Trinity:
Our graduates continue to enjoy stellar certification and post-graduate licensing success, as 100% of our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduates once again passed the NCLEX-RN exam on their first try, and 100% of our education traditional undergraduates passed the Teacher Performance Assessment (edTPA). This highlights the high-quality education and students in these programs.
We launched Fusion 59, Trinity’s new on-campus innovation hub where the Trinity community comes together to connect, collaborate, and create. This is an exciting opportunity for students.
Students and faculty from a range of disciplines continue to take advantage of our partnership with the startup incubator, 1871, in downtown Chicago. 1871 continues to be ranked as one of the world's top university-affiliated startup incubators and Trinity is a valued partner in the program.
Trinity continues its tradition of preparing students for careers. We are pleased to report that 96% of our recent graduates have found employment or are in graduate school within six months of graduation.
We have partnered with Northern Seminary on a new 5-year BA/MDiv degree
Trolls from around the globe cheered on our women’s soccer team as they captured the NCCAA national championship.
Through a partnership with the group Many Hands for Haiti (MH4H) and the Ozinga Corporation, our Honors Program team spent two weeks in Haiti doing field research, as part of a three-year pilot project.
These are just a few of the world-changing initiatives and updates we celebrate here at Trinity. We would love to share more with you.
