Tram Tran (TramLifts)

Hi! My name is Tram and I am a collegiate weightlifter in the 53 kilo weight class. I started the Olympic style of weightlifting in September of 2014 and am so excited for the future. I have lots of goals I want to accomplish and plan on lifting for a long time ahead. Before weightlifting I was diddlying around, dipping my feet into the powerlifting and bodybuilding realms. To be honest I got bored and once I discovered the complexity and depth to weightlifting I fell in love. Thank you all for the support that this YouTube channel has given me and I hope some of you stick around to follow my journey for years to come.

Subscribe to me for weightlifting vlogs and some cool editing.
