Training & Fitness Magazine

The official YouTube channel for Training & Fitness Magazine.

Training & Fitness Magazine celebrates fit women everywhere on their quest for an attainable, sustainable physique by promoting a healthy, active lifestyle through proper training and nutrition. The key words here are "attainable" and "sustainable". Too often we are force-fed unrealistic imagery and data which tells women that they need to be a certain size with an unrealistically low body fat count. We're proud to play a role in changing this perception; even if it's just one reader at a time.
