This came to me in the form of what I call a divine download. As I was sitting in meditation and struggling a bit with my busy mind, I heard very clearly “Take off your mala beads and as you count each bead, say out loud “I AM LOVE “,  so now I am guided to share it with you. Creating a dialogue with your higher self and remembering who you truly are.....LOVE !!!!
