Norman “Machine” Ellison’s (Logan Lerman) uniform and duffle bag from David Ayer’s war drama Fury. Assigned as Fury’s replacement driver, Norman wore an army uniform and carried his duffle bag as he arrived to meet the tanks crew. This lot includes Norman’s jacket, sweater, BDU shirt, trousers and cap, brown leather boots, a pair of dog tags and personalized duffle bag.
Made of brown wool, the button-up BDU shirt (Size 48 R) shows signs of wear with staining to the collar and cuffs. The brown sweater (Size 40) is made of thick wool and features a high, ribbed collar and a button closure going down to the middle of the chest. The cuffs and waist are ribbed with a slight taper. Worn over both layer’s is an M-1943 field jacket (Size 38 R) with mild production distress including dried mud and grease stains, primarily over the back and near the cuffs of the sleeves. Four pockets are located on the jackets front and ventilation can be adjusted via a drawstring which runs through the waist.
The green cap (Size 7) has a wool lining and shows light wear with some creasing in the bill. Made of cotton, the green trousers (Size 32 x 32) have adjustable straps with buttons on the waist and show very little sign of production wear. The boots (Size 10) rise above the ankle and feature both laces and buckle fasteners. Both maintain a broken-in quality and exhibit signs of production wear with dried mud build-up and staining. A pair of dog tags is looped on a ball chain and is imprinted with Norman’s name followed by a serial number. The included duffle bag has light mud staining over it along with Norman’s name painted in bold black letters. Attached is a shoulder sling and handle stitched to the side. All items in this lot show some production distressing and remain in good overall condition.
