Easter is coming up soon so I thought I would show you what I am planning to do for the big day! We are having 17 people over for brunch on the deck, to make sure I have fun I'm doing everything ahead.
2 cups (300g) All Purpose flour
1 cup (200g) (2 sticks) unsalted butter, diced
1 tsp (5g) salt
1/4 cup Ice water
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon fresh nutmeg
