Hello world! Welcome to TheFitChick's channel

WHAT: Videos targeted for the over-40* hotties that want to get (and/or stay) fit while having FUN and using minimal time for MAXIMAL results!

WHO: I am a clinical doctor (physical therapy), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) as well as being a certified instructor in Zumba, cycle/spin, yoga...etc! I have impaired vision, am incredibly balance challenged and am a post-concussion, diabetic, abuse-surviving fitness FREAK! And...if it's a health product/food/intervention/book/... touted as "good for you", I've probably tried it so let's discuss!

WHY: You are only ONE workout from a better day! I have been dancing and entertaining since I was 3 (maybe 4...) years old at the hometown Baskin Robbins. IF I CAN DO THIS, YOU CAN TOO!

Enjoy :)

*Also the over-20, 30...60...hotties too!
