The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (VAHCS) and several local law firm partners have signed a new agreement designed specifically for Veterans who are in need of legal representation and/or consultation for non-criminal offenses, who may not otherwise be able to afford legal representation. The Veterans Florida Entrepreneurship Program offers tuition-free, online and on-campus assistance to veterans to help accelerate their entrepreneurial success. Applications for the spring semester are due Wednesday, Dec. 14, by midnight.

Hundreds gathered at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System for the POW/MIA Remembrance Ceremony. Official POW/MIA insignias and flags were visible with every turn of the head as former prisoners of war, their loved ones, VA leaders and members of the community recognized the service and sacrifice of those held captive during wartime and those who never returned.
