We take you behind the scenes of the House of Holland AW17 runway show at London Fashion Week to show you how our new Global Make-Up Artist Ciara O’Shea builds this show-stopping autumn/winter make-up look.
Read on to see a step-by-step of Ciara’s make up tutorial – including some expert skincare tips!
Ciara worked with internationally acclaimed fashion designer Henry Holland to devise a make-up look that will deliver the final finishing touch to help bring to life his new AW17 season collection.
To prepare the face, Ciara starts with skincare. She preps the skin by cleansing the face with Aloe Calming Toner, then applying Vitamin E Aqua Boost Essence Lotion and finishing with the Vitamin E Moisture Serum. She then applies the Aloe Soothing Day Cream, Vitamin E Eye Cream and Vitamin E Lip Care. This is the perfect base to help the makeup hold under bright lights.
Ciara then applies Concealer All-In-One and Lightening Touch to help the skin tone appear more even, then applies a base of Fresh Nude Foundation. To contour the face, Ciara uses the Lightening Shade Adjusting Drops and finishes with Brow and Lash Gel to keep eye brows in place.
For the lips Ciara uses a dab of Matte Lipstick in shade Sienna Rose.
Now for the show-stopper – the eyes. Ciara uses a combination of our new Eye Colour Stick in shade Bali Sunstone (coming soon), Striking Eye Definer Crayon Kohl in Purple, Pink and Green, Matte Kajal White and to top it off Ciara uses a little Blue Lash Fibre Mascara on the bottom lashes to make the eye pop.
