  • Love Planet Earth Play all

Telespazio (Finmeccanica/Thales) presents the eighth edition of the calendar Love Planet Earth dedicated this year to Landscapes in Transition.
Through high resolution satellite images - processed customarily by e-GEOS - the 2014 calendar draws attention to the land, land use, and the need to safeguard it for present and future generations.

The calendars twelve themes cover pristine as well as heavily populated areas where the signs of human encroachment are unmistakable. Month after month, through the eye of satellites, the calendar provides us with a photographic reminder of the state of our planet: images of great beauty that, nevertheless, lead us to reflect on the future of our Earth and, more importantly, on what we can do to preserve its health.
