I work with founders with kids who are trying not to repeat the patterns they grew up with.

Not in theory.
In the actual moment, your child pushes back or something old fires in your body.
The tone. The look. The shutdown. The snap.

Before you’ve even chosen a response, you’re reacting to your child the way your parents reacted to you.

That’s the moment I help you catch.

Not more talking about your childhood. Not another parenting theory.

I help founders with kids stop reacting to their children the way their parents reacted to them, so they can stay steady under pressure with the people they love most.

I’ve spent 15+ years doing this work with families before I ever called it a business.
