Joumana Accad (Taste of Beirut)

Joumana Accad is my name and Taste Of Beirut is my blog. I’ve been using it to introduce Lebanese food in every home since 2009.  I share Mediterranean recipes from my childhood or that I simply like, for you to enjoy with your friends and family. I was born in Lebanon but I have lived in the US for over 30 years, which hasn't deterred my love for my country of origin or its people. Today, I spend my time between Dallas, Texas and Beirut - Lebanon, sharing all the happiness that cooking gives me.
