The School of Tai Chi Chuan and Internal Arts

We are a traditional Tai Chi school with classes in Brighton, Hove, Steyning, Upper Beeding, Lewes, Shoreham and Worthing. We teach both simplified tai chi as well as a complete Yang Style Tai Chi curriculum. 
Beginners start with core principles, modern short forms and then progress deeper into the traditional forms including bare hand, sword, sabre, spear, pushing hands, applications and Qigong/internal development.
