Shooting Star Children's Hospices

Shooting Star Children's Hospices supports babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families. we support families in Surrey and north and south west London. Our charity runs  Christopher's hospice in Guildford and Shooting Star House in Hampton, which offers outreach, bereavement support, therapies and family activities.
