Sonia on Repeat

Started keto around the time I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes on June 16, 2019. I did not want to go on diabetes medication! Doctors had no faith I could simply modify my diet in order to bring down my A1C naturally but in only 3 months, I did. My starting A1C was 6.9 and in 3 months down to 6. In 12 months down to 5.8! NORMAL! My diabetes is in remission. I still have to be careful with my carb consumption for the rest of my life but at least I’m not poisoning my body with unnecessary meds.
