Hi, my name is Bill Schroeder, and I'm one of the owners of InTouch Practice Communications. I lecture on the national circuit, if you will, and you can find me at North American Veterinary Conference. You can find me at Western States, AAHA, many state meetings, study groups around the country.

Lately, I've been spending a tremendous amount of time working with practices and speaking with them about the digital space. That's social media, reputation management, search engine optimization, website development, and all of the fun things that go with those very effective channels. I want to help you reach more clients. I want to help you by creating a great digital presence, by sharing your message. I want you to reach as many people that can bring their pets into your practice as your practice can handle.

I'm really proud of the fact that those who attend my lectures find them to be interactive, engaging. Some of them even report that they're fun and that they laugh a little bit while they're learning. Comments about my lectures include people feeling empowered.

Attendees feel that they've been given the appropriate amount of information and a task list, which allows them to understand what needs to be done, a priority by which techniques and processes need to be applied, and ultimately they feel that they've been educated to the point that allows them the opportunity to either go back and do the things they learned in class or to effectively manage a vendor that might be working on a project or an employee that might be working on a project because not only do they understand what is going on but they deeply understand the why.

My name is Bill Schroeder, and I'd be glad to speak with you about how I can help your group.
