    DESCENT AND RESCUE DEVICES
With its rescue device MILAN SKYLOTEC is already a market leader for devices with centrifugal brake systems. Now, SKYLOTEC expands its rescue device product range and complements its existing line of rescue descenders with smaller personal rescue units that also work with centrifugal brake systems. With the acquisition of the intellectual property of all descent and rescue devices of the US-based company DEUS Rescue, SKYLOTEC completes its product range for personal rescue and strengthens its position as the market leader of rescue devices with centrifugal brake systems.
These centrifugal brake systems avoid free falls and provide a safe and secure automatic controlled descend speed to lower levels. The patented technology of these descent devices allows for its small and lightweight design. SKYLOTEC now produces in addition high-performance devices for permanent use. In training environment for example, these devices can be used as back-up belay. These devices are also used at adventure parks as abseil units at the end of ropes and zip line courses.
SKYLOTEC offers the whole product range including ropes and accessories that are ideal for being used together with the new DEUS devices.
