In WOW, I had a shaman with a tanking offspec, tanking heroics and 10mans with 39.8k hp unbuffed, 27% dodge & 21.4k to 23,407 armor self buffed.  
Crit immune through 5.6% combined defense and resilience, I carry a small fortunes worth of consumable buffs/indestrucible pots, and stay alive through carefully managed cooldowns, instant cast self heals, and stoneclaw glyph absorbs.
