The Easton Ellises

The Easton Ellises are an emerging dance-rock music band from Montreal, Canada. They have blossomed from a previous electronic music project called Stereomovers.   The founding Easton Ellises duo, Alex D and Simon Roy, began their journey together in the underground electronic dance music scene in 1999.  After touring though most of Europe and parts of Asia,  travelling from live gig to live gig  with only a pair samplers and a couple microphones,  the Stereomovers duo decided to take their musical ambitions to new level, and so started The Easton Ellises project September of 2011.
This new project works an alternative road going the way of open collaboration, sharing and a creative commons music model.   Their 10th release called Dance it, Dance All was downloaded over 100k times and remixed by 30+ artists from all over the globe.
