Brett Marshall Lefferts

An eclectic musician based near Prague. I trained as a classical flutist, later switched to guitar, and eventually fell for synthesizers and lo-fi beats. Over the years I played in a number of bands, notably in Seed A.I. reprogramming vintage game consoles paired with acoustic drums, later crafting the haunting danceability of Arms & Legs who went on to tour as far as China, and having the most fun embracing the chaos of circuit-bent noise in the live electronic power trio Burnkit2600.

These days I'm mostly solo: looping soundscapes made late at night by the glow of blinking LEDs, plus the occasional piano cover of a song I can't stop thinking about. I have found I have to keep creating music despite having no logical reason to do so. It's one of the few healthy coping mechanisms I've got, and that is enough.
