Hybrid Taekwondo - I have practiced in both styles of Taekwondo ITF & WTF for several years. Instruction under Grand Master Kong & Master Kim. Both styles have something to offer each other. ITF has more power , double kicks , and head contact with hands. WTF has more speed , fast reverse kicks and modified techniques. This channel is to educate people and display both styles and techniques to the best of my abilities. Any questions , please ask.
