The Somatic Studio

Welcome to The Somatic Studio, a space where yoga, story, and creative practice help your nervous system feel a little more at home.

I'm Sarah Bibbo, ASW, a somatic psychotherapist in West LA. In my clinical work with anxiety, chronic pain, and highly sensitive people, I've noticed that the body often speaks in images before it speaks in words. Here, I share trauma-sensitive yoga practices, gentle somatic exercises, and explorations of metaphor and creativity as tools for healing.

You'll find practices to return to on the hard days, and ideas to bring curiosity to the days in between. Take what feels good, and leave the rest.

New videos every week.
