Fighting Fibro For Life

My journal is to simply help the unknown understand what's it like living with Fibromyalgia.
I was diagnosed with chronic fibromyalgia in 2006. Most doctors say it's possibly from trauma to the body. If you have PTSD from trauma, image it's similar but extremely pain. Pain which feels like you're getting hit by a bat all over your body. The shit hurts right? Yes, I know. In addition to Fibro, I have TMJ, severe spinal stenosis, migraines, IBS, among too much to list. Fibromyalgia doesn't only affect me, but it affects my family and relationships. They struggle to understand why being and obviously health is a battle that I feel I'm losing. Kindly subscribe to my videos for updates, Likes, and comments are always welcomed.
