Sangeeth Wijesuriya

With his instantly recognizable voice and incredible versatility, Sangeeth Wijesuriya is one of Sri Lanka’s most influential musicians. From winning a national singing competition to founding his electronic band Sa Ni Dha Pa and later WAYO, he blends Sri Lankan folk, Indian, and Western classical music to create inspiring songs. A charismatic performer, martial arts practitioner, and Grade 8 Trinity-certified Classical and Flamenco guitarist, Sangeeth’s music is more than entertainment—it’s wisdom, spirit, and culture. If it’s WAYO, it’s Sangeeth. And if it’s Sangeeth, it’s WAYO.

“The divine voice and visionary behind WAYO. Where Sri Lankan soul meets global sound.”
